One word I would use to describe Katie is dependable. I wanted to document and preserve the history of my grandparent’s home and didn’t know where to start. Katie met with my family and helped us get the house listed on the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage and apply for a historic marker. We ran into some unexpected obstacles due to COVID, but she was always available to guide us through the process and answer any questions that we had.
